My Worldschool Hub follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Use of Content
Adhering to high standards of content quality and integrity, we strictly prohibit the use of Lipsum content, including but not limited to Lorem Ipsum text, on our website. All content must be original, relevant, and meaningful to our audience. This ensures our website remains a valuable and trustworthy resource for our visitors.
Photo Release
During the sign up for a My Worldschool Hub event, you will be asked to check a box for a photo release. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to run this type of event without this and so, it is a requirement of sign up.
We do however, promise that your name or details will never be given or attached to any photo used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Any photo taken at a My Worldschool Hub event and/or shared within the social media group created by us, may be used for marketing, promotional purposes.
Please note that we do try to be caring and conscientious in choosing photographs shared. If you are unhappy with the use of a photo you are in, we will be happy for you to get in touch and let us know.
